Food products are different due to geographical features, climate environment, customs and habits. Influenced by such factors, the raw material, taste, cooking method and eating habit are varied in different areas. The differences between Chinese and western diet culture show the different way of thinking and philosophy of living. The different diet culture can be seen in many aspects, especially in terms of tableware. Through studing tableware in China and the west, we can easily figure out the reason why China and the west create such different diet culture and eating habits. Not only can it enhance the communication between China and the west but also reduce the misunderstanding between the two different countries.

1. Search various resources to identify the topic for the dissertation.2. Collect data and materials for the dissertation and write the paper on schedule.3. The paper should give an elaborate and exhaustive research on the given topic with independent work.4. The paper should be no less than 4500 English words in accordance with the required format.
