1．文献查阅从查阅文献着手，通过使用计算机在中国期刊网，维普数据库，超星数字图书馆，美国化学学会（ACS）数据库，CA，SCI等检索资源上查阅L-甲状腺素钠的制备工艺等相关文献。
熟悉了文献查找的方法和步骤，对以前学者所做的研究进行了了解，并确定自己的研究方向，研究范围。
明确了本次论文所要解决的问题，以及解决途径和拟采用的方法。
