目前用于组织粘附的水凝胶,制备方法主要有物理交联,交联剂交联,光交联等,存在交联网络不稳定,生物相容性不好等缺陷,因此需要开发一种专一高效的交联方法,制备生物相容性好的合成产物,同时具有一定粘附强度,以应用于组织粘附。
本课题主要针对聚氨基酸材料的修饰改性,研发具有一定粘附性能的酶促交联水凝胶。
