造纸产业在我国国民经济中占据十分重要的地位, 也是一项重要的基础原材料产业。
纸浆造纸生产往往会带来巨大的水资源消耗, 还会产生大量制浆废水, 因此,如何有效地处理制浆废水并进行回收利用是造纸生产中十分重要的工艺问题。
目前,传统的制浆废水处理方法是先通过初级物化处理再加上二级生化处理就直接排放,随着环境问题的日益严峻,环保标准逐步提高,其COD、BOD(生化需氧量)、SS(悬浮固体)、水质色度等指标常常无法达到排放要求,对接纳水体造成严重污染,表现为接纳水体中植物光合作用降低,增加了水的毒性和下游用户水处理费用,降低了水体的使用价值。
