在实际应用中,哑铃状磁性材料的宽度比不能太高,否则会使得器件尺寸过大,影响其实际应用价值。
本文将制备一系列不同宽度比的PZT/Metglas复合磁电器件,并测量其磁电效应,以获得最优宽度比,并从理论上进行分析,从而为磁电器件的设计和应用奠定基础。
