1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求

Talin-1 is a large cytoskeletal dimeric adaptor protein that associates with the integrin family of cell adhesion molecules in cell-ECM junctions. It both activates integrins and couples them to the actin cytoskeleton. It has been reported to be accused in the cancer progression and metastasis. Talin-1 was studied as biomarker for process of the carcinogenesis, infiltration and metastasis of HCC and the clinical diagnosis of HCC. In our proteomics data, talin-1 has been identified to changes significantly in liver disease development, however, its detail role in this process is unclear. In this study, we will analyze or summarize the function of talin-1 in liver disease and analyze the proteomics data focus on talin-1. Requirements:(1) Search literatures and summarize the function of talin-1.(2) Submit a review of talin-1.(3) Analyze the proteomics data.
