1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求
本课题研究脱硫促进剂对废旧丁腈胶粉应力诱导脱硫反应效果的规律性影响。
通过设计实验方案,在脱硫促进剂作用下双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出法制备废旧丁腈胶粉脱硫后的高分子材料,拉条造粒后,检测与表征脱硫后材料的各项指标。
在此基础上,研究亚临界流体种类、挤出转速、挤出温度等工艺参数对脱硫效果的影响,进而为废旧丁腈胶粉脱硫资源再循环利用的工业应用方法提供指导。
