1.文献查阅掌握文献查阅的一般方法,学会使用计算机在中国期刊网,维普数据库,超星数字图书馆,Elsevier、NCBI电子期刊,Springer Link全文电子期刊,pubmed等检索资源上查阅关于碘-131以及东亚钳蝎氯毒素靶向神经胶质瘤的相关文献。
2.文献阅读及综述阅读与课题相关的外文及中文文献,了解国内外的研究动态,撰写文献综述。
3.明确实验任务,拟定实验方案根据所查阅文献的内容,确定实验内容及方案,拟定科学可行的研究计划。
2. 实验内容和要求
1. 实验内容(1)学习东亚钳蝎氯毒素(BmK CT)修饰的功能化聚乙烯亚胺包裹金纳米颗粒的合成方法与鉴定手段;(2)通过紫外可见分光光度计测试纳米材料的体外稳定性;(3)通过MTT测试法测试纳米复合材料的细胞毒性;(4)通过流式细胞术、共聚焦显微镜测试细胞对纳米复合材料的靶向摄取能力;(5)考察制备的纳米复合材料的体外癌细胞成像功能;2.实验要求 熟练使用关键数据库查找相关文献解决实验问题,熟练掌握纳米复合材料的制备与表征技术,掌握MTT测试法测试纳米复合材料的细胞毒性的流程,熟练进行流式细胞术、共聚焦显微镜测试,熟练利用origin等绘图软件进行数据处理。
