前言:希望能够争取在年前将有关于湖泊沉积物各种酶活性测定方法、影响因素以及发生机制的相关论文阅读一下,能够对湖泊沉积物主要的几种酶有大致的了解,并且能够初步掌握测定的步骤和方法,对沉积物酶及其与有机碳、磷和氮的意义有深刻的认识。

方案拟定:通过上述的文献阅读,希望能够自己提出初步的方案,而后根据研究课题实际情况对可行且有研究意义的部分进行深入研究并开展实验。

实验数据采集与处理:数据采集基本上是通过实验室实验获得,利用已经成熟的沉积物酶测定方法对获得的样品进行测定。
