为了制备出可进行离子交换和作为固体酸使用,已有研究在活性炭中引入磺酸基团。通常采用的方法是活性炭的磺化或制备活性炭的原料的磺化。而木质素磺酸盐具有是一种具有磺酸基团的木质素结构分子。通过磷酸在较低温度下活化,制备出具有较高磺酸基团的活性炭。为活性炭在碱金属离子和碱土金属离子的吸附以及在催化领域提供新的活性炭材料。本论文的主要内容如下:
(1)在一定的活化温度下(300-500oC)磷酸活化木质素磺酸盐制备活性炭;
(2)分析制备原料、活性炭的C、H、O、N、S的含量,测试活性炭的酸性强弱、碘值、亚甲基蓝脱色力、孔隙结构研究;
