铬有不同价态,其中三价铬是人体必需微量元素,参与脂类和糖代谢;六价铬毒性大,且易溶于水,可在地下水中发生远距离迁移。

弄清铬污染场地土壤中有毒六价铬的迁移转化过程对环境风险控制和土壤修复具有重要意义。

目前关于土壤中铬的环境行为的研究大多集中在铬与土壤样品的相互作用,如土壤矿物对铬的吸附,土壤中铬的氧化/还原过程等。

1、实验土壤的准备及表征等2、不同溶液动力学及溶液化学条件下的运移3、矿物对运移的影响实验要求:通过实验掌握运移柱的建立方法,运移实验方法等,同时要求熟悉和掌握相应仪器的使用法。
