毕业论文(设计)基本内容:以FTO导电玻璃为基底,制备有机-无机杂化钙钛矿太阳能电池。

用(FE-SEM),X射线衍射(XRD)和电化学测试技术对所制备的电池进行表征和性能测试,考察程序退火条件对电池性能的影响,找到最优的工艺条件。
