重结晶SiC支撑体的制备与表征任务书

1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求

要求学生掌握重结晶片式SiC陶瓷支撑体的制备方法以及测定陶瓷支撑体孔隙率,纯水渗透性能操作方法,同时掌握通过分析SiC支撑体微观形貌分析其性能。

综合灵活运用所学的化学化工知识,设计合理的实验方案,考察不同粒径不同配比下重结晶SiC支撑体的性能,以及不同烧结温度下重结晶SiC支撑体的微观形貌。

除此之外,学生应学会将理论知识应用于实际问题中,并具备独立动手实验的能力,独立完成英语文献翻译的能力,独立进行实验数据处理和分析的能力。
