垃圾焚烧、机动车尾气、甚至厨房将会产生大量的含油烟气,对当地环境造成严重的危害。

研究表明,含油烟气中含有300多种有毒物质,包括醛、醇、酮、烃、脂肪酸等,并与工业废气、机动车尾气共同构成现代城市大气污染的三大杀手,对人民的身体产生严重危害。

面对这些问题,现在主要采取的方法有活性炭吸附法、静电沉积法、热氧化焚烧法、液体洗涤法以及膜分离法。
