内容: 氨基酸是自然界各种各样蛋白质和活性多肽的单体。
在合成多肽时,由于氨基酸有多个活性官能团,往往先将氨基酸中不参与反应的官能团先保护起来,在反应生成多肽时,再选择性的脱除保护基,依次连接氨基酸。
要求:能够熟悉并独立完成以上实验的操作,了解基本背景、基本原理,并能够独立分析实验过程中遇到的问题。
