磷酸酯类塑料加工助剂与聚氯乙烯、醋酸基硝基纤维素、聚苯乙烯、聚乙烯等聚烯烃树脂、合成橡胶等具有良好的相容性,具有优良的增塑、阻燃、耐磨和抗菌等多种功能的加工助剂。

使用可再生资源植物油与磷酸酯中间体合成磷酸酯类增塑剂,能够实现对石化资源的替代,保证国家能源和经济安全,生物质资源的引入还可以降低污染。

植物油相对石化原料较为廉价,其本身就是一种增塑剂,以植物油为基础,结合其他化学试剂可以合成各种不同功能的增塑剂。
