尿酸(Uric acid,UA)是嘌呤代谢的最终产物,并且是生物体液(如尿液和血清)的主要含氮成分。
健康成人正常血清尿酸水平为150~420 μmoL/ L。
目前UA的检测方法有分光光度法、酶法、电化学法、HPLC法、毛细管电泳法等。
