1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求
本课题主要研究膦酸基取代的柱[5]芳烃的合成。
以对苯二酚、二溴乙烷等为原料,首先合成对溴乙氧基苯,然后与多聚甲醛缩合生成溴乙氧基柱[5]芳烃,然后和亚磷酸三甲酯反应成含膦酸酯基柱[5]芳烃,水解制得最终产品膦酸基取代的水溶性柱[5]芳烃。
实验过程中所得到的中间体和产物通过核磁共振谱图确认其结构
