1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求

γ-PGA作为一种线性高分子,由于链与链间存在大量氢键,使得水分子能够迅速进入高分子结构中,从而使γ-PGA具有很大的水溶性。

γ-PGA主链上存在着大量的肽键,易受环境中某些水解酶的作用,降解生成无毒的短肽或谷氨酸单体,这些物质属于人体自身的且对人体无毒害作用,具有良好的生物降解性、生物相容性和安全性。

另外,γ-PGA主链上存在大量游离羚基,使γ-PGA具有较多的活性位点,对羚基进行修饰或功能化即可改变γ-PGA的性质,因此γ-PGA具有结构多样性。
