柑橘是中国第三大农产品贸易产品,栽培历史悠久。
新鲜柑橘面向市场,其余做成加工产品,如新鲜果汁、以柑橘为基础的饮料和果冻等。
在食用或生产加工之后,柑橘果实的果皮会保留下来,大约占鲜果重的20%-40%。
