1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求

本设计的课题为年产7000米棉织物印染厂设计,指导思想是本着产品质量的多元化,科学优化产品生产工艺和树立环保生产、节能生产口碑。设计方案符合以人为本的发展理念,符合多维发展目标的要求,符合可持续发展的原则,包括经济、社会、文化、资源、环境和空间协调与可持续发展。要从全局出发,正确处理工业与农业、环境与生态、远期与近期、技改与新建、生产与生活、质量与效益等各方面的关系。最后,要节约用地,选择厂址不占耕地和经济效益高的土地,总图布置要紧凑合理,坚持适用,经济,在可能的条件下注意美观的原则。

印染厂厂设计课题可以考查学生的全面知识,也是投资前进行调查、编写项目可行性报告的一个重要内容,设计合理有利于后续的印染厂升级、改造、竞争。印染厂设计中主要包括产品规格的选择、生产能力的计算、设备的选型、主生产车间的布置、原布间面积计算等。
