1、毕业论文内容生物乳化剂是由各种各样的微生物产生的高分子量生物聚合物,可以有效地形成和稳定水包油乳液[1]。
它们是由多糖、脂多糖、脂蛋白和蛋白质等组成的两亲复合物[1-3]。
与表面活性剂相类似,生物乳化剂也能够提高难溶底物的生物利用度,从而促进难溶底物的生物降解[4]。
2. 实验内容和要求
1、实验内容1) 培养基的配制、灭菌以及AXE、E26蛋白的发酵培养。
2) AXE、E26蛋白的提取及纯化。
3) AXE、E26蛋白在MEOR应用中的评价(表界面张力、乳化性、降黏性等)。
