课题研究的内容、目的及意义: 研究目的及意义微滤技术以成本低廉,效率高的优点在膜分离技术中占有重要地位,广泛应用于电子、饮食、食品化工、医药、医疗和废水处理方面。

本项研究拟通过对无机胶粘剂凝胶化过程中胶粘剂的小分子在固化剂的协同作用下自组装行为,聚合物的聚集态结构,以及这些聚集体通过相互缠绕形成一个三维的自组装纤维网络结构的研究,分析这些自组装网络结构对膜分离材料的膜分离性能的影响。

从而揭示胶粘剂分子凝胶-硬化成膜的机理,并为其工业化应用提供理论指导。
