2. 实验内容和要求
实验内容：hEGF已经在临床上用于治疗各种急性和慢性伤口，还被化妆品行业用于改善肤质，应用前景十分广泛，市场需求量大。
但天然来源的hEGF十分有限，而且分离步骤繁琐，远不能满足市场需求。
解脂耶氏酵母是一种产油酵母，具有较高的蛋白水解活性，天然分泌大量胞外蛋白酶。
