本课题制作搭配不同的混合多糖,研究其对于膳食纤维食品各项性质的影响,旨在寻找到多糖混合搭配的最佳工艺,为膳食纤维食品的后续研究提供基础。
设计包括实验仪器、方法、流程等的试验方案。
通过不断试验优化和选择实验方案,最终建立最佳的膳食纤维食品制作方案。
