1.1课题介绍:许多癌症的发生和发展通常与特定细胞表面聚糖的过度表达有关,已知这种表达会影响癌细胞的生长,分裂和转移能力[1-5]。
细胞表面异常糖基化的发生是疾病状态的信号[6,7]。
特别是,改变的细胞表面糖基化模式与癌症表型高度相关[8,9]。
