课题简介嘌呤核苷磷酸化酶是嘌呤补救合成途径的关键酶之一，广泛存在于原核和真核生物中。
该酶能可逆地催化嘌呤核苷磷酸解反应，被应用于嘌呤核苷类药物的合成。
本实验室前期从Aneurinibacillus migulanus AM007菌中克隆表达得到嘌呤核苷磷酸化酶（AmPNP）已成功应用于嘌呤核苷的合成。
