1、会制备奥曲肽PLGA微球；2、会测定微球的粒径和电位；3、会使用紫外及HPLC测定咪奥曲肽微球中奥曲肽的释放量；4、会绘奥曲肽释放曲线；5、了解酰化副反应机理。
