1. 课题简介β-内酰胺类抗生素（以第二代头孢菌素类抗生素-头孢孟多为例）是所有抗细菌感染药物中最为重要的一类，目前头孢孟多工业生产多采用化学半合成法，包括酰氯法和混合酸酐法。
尽管化学法的生产工艺已相当成熟，但依然存在反应路线长，副产物多，污染环境等问题。
而利用青霉素G酰化酶催化合成头孢孟多具有很好的选择性、一步合成、效率高、减排控污等优点，是一种潜在的绿色化学和环保工艺的选择，成为当今制药的热点。
