1. 毕业论文的内容脂肪酶是一类能够催化甘油三酯水解生成脂肪酸、甘油和甘油单酯或二酯的酶,在动植物和微生物体中广泛存在。

通常,脂肪酶对有机溶剂、温度、pH等应用环境较为敏感,导致酶活降低,影响其催化效率。

通过化学修饰来对酶的分子结构进行修饰改造是提升酶学性能的传统手段,课题组前期研究工作证实离子液体作为一种可设计的新型修饰剂可以应用于酶的化学修饰改造,有效提升了酶的催化性能。
