工业废气与汽车尾气中残余的甲烷对臭氧层的破坏十分严重,高温燃烧法去除甲烷的同时会产生CO、NOx等其它有害气体,由于甲烷十分稳定,C-H键的非催化活化需要很高的温度,所以低温催化甲烷氧化无疑是一个巨大的挑战。

本文的主要工作是研发负载Pt型尖晶石催化剂,使其能够在较低温度下实现甲烷高转化。

尖晶石是一种常见的金属氧化物催化剂,被广泛的应用于各个领域,如电催化,电池改性等,目前研究较多的 NiCo2O4,Co3O4 等含钴的非贵金属尖晶石对催化甲烷低温氧化反应也有着非常好的效果。
