一、 论文内容: 随着分子生物学的发展,科学家们对生物体的了解越发深入。
基因工程的开发使得单细胞生物能够异源表达基因,从而实现功能的转移。
而新兴的合成生物学,通过代谢工程对底盘细胞的代谢途径进行设计、构建以及优化,从而实现了绿色环保的生物制造,例如保健品、药物、生物燃料以及各种精细化学品和大宗化学品。
