内容:对目标基因进行基因失活、过表达、回补等改造，对构建的工程菌株进行发酵等表征实验，同时对生物膜形成情况进行观察。
研究CA_C2730基因对丙酮丁醇梭菌EPS形成的影响。
要求：熟练掌握实验基本要求，遵守实验室安全规章制度。
