1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求
1.明确实验任务,拟定实验方案根据所查阅文献的内容,确定实验内容及方案,拟定科学可行的研究计划。
2.开展实验研究掌握低共熔溶剂提取的基本操作,设计实验方案,并按计划进行实验。
3.处理实验数据和产品检测实验结束后,进行科学的记录和数据处理,对实验结果进行分析,归纳总结,提出改进方案和可行建议,得出相应的结论。
2. 实验内容和要求
主要研究内容如下: 1)甘草渣的取样及基本性质分析从青海获取甘草残渣,剖析药渣中各物质的含量。
本部分具体研究内容包括:甘草渣的基本理化性质的分析。
2)以总黄酮的得率为指标,筛选出一种或几种适用于从甘草中提取功效组分的低共熔溶剂。
