论文主要围绕以下内容开展：1、危化品相关基础知识2、我国危化品运输管理现状分析（1）我国危化品运输管理的法律法规、体系（2）危化品运输的交通管理目前的做法、管理系统、存在的问题（3）国内外管理系统调研3、风险管理及评价相关理论4、危化品运输路径选择考虑的因素分析（1）运输费用、运输路径距离、运输事故风险、交通管制（临时施工、隧道限行、市中心限行、重要水体等）、特殊路段（桥梁、山崖、水体、隧道等）、气象变化、其他（2）因素分析5、危化品运输风险评价方法的选择与实施
