金属表面陶瓷化是一种常用的表面处理方式,具有耐腐蚀、抗摩擦的优点。
随着激光熔覆工艺的发展,越来越多的学者通过激光熔覆的方式在金属表面生成陶瓷涂层,以达到增强金属耐磨性能和耐蚀性能的目的。
但是粉末的球形度及粒径分布对涂层的致密性有很大的影响,从而影响陶瓷涂层的耐蚀性能。
