铝合金具有比强度高、耐腐蚀性能和导热导电性能良好等特点,在航空航天等领域被广泛应用。

选区激光熔化(Selective Laser Melting,SLM)可以实现从金属粉末到实体零件的直接成形。

SLM成形过程涉及到复杂的物理化学和冶金过程,不合适的打印参数容易在打印过程中导致气孔和锁孔等缺陷,从而影响构件的微观组织和力学性能。
