1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求

(1)查找相关资料及文献,熟悉和掌握微电化学沉积加工方法;(2)熟悉电化学加工设备,制定电化学沉积仿真方案;(3)根据工艺需要,开展电化学沉积仿真实验;(4)写毕业设计报告、完成机械图纸设计及英文翻译。
