1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求
1、研究范围及内容按照《精细化工反应安全风险评估导则》(试行)的要求,对生产工艺中所涉及的国家首批重点监管危险化工工艺开展风险评估工作,评估范围包含:荧光乳液产品生产聚合工艺。
该项目的风险评估内容主要包括:(1)采用差示扫描量热仪DSC对反应过程中可能存在热分解风险的物料进行筛选;(2)采用全自动反应量热仪RC1e测定目标反应过程中的反应热特性;(3)采用绝热加速量热仪TAC-500A测定热危险隐患点的物料分解反应特性。
2、研究要求(1)掌握RC1e、DSC、TAC-500A等热分析仪器的操作方法和注意事项;(2)掌握合成反应中存在危险化学品的危险特性以及应急处置方法;(3)掌握化工工艺热安全评估方法,以及动力学参数,安全参数的计算方法。
