1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求
介孔材料的优越性在于它具有均一且可调的中空孔径、稳定的骨架结构,具有一定壁厚且易于掺杂的无定形骨架结构组成和比表面积大且可修饰的内表面,本身即可以用作催化剂、吸附剂、或催化剂载体等。
间隔层纳米颗粒的尺寸的不同对生长在间隔层内的钙钛矿的结晶性和荧光特性有重要的影响。
众所周知,ZnO具有与TiO2相似的带隙能量(3.2 eV),其中由于频繁的光腐蚀现象而导致的ZnO的光催化活性随紫外线的照射而降低。
2. 实验内容和要求
1.充分调研文献,设计实验方案并做可行性分析; 2.制备介孔ZnO-钙钛矿复合薄膜,根据实验方案开展实验工作,做好实验记录和样品结构表征3.了解基本的光学测量仪器及工作原理,了解半导体器件原理,对样品进行光学、电学测量与时间寿命光谱分析;4.掌握常用的数据分析工具,对数据处理与分析;5.撰写标准的毕业论文。
