1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求
半导体ZnO,宽带隙(3.37 eV)和大激子结合能(60 meV)具有不同的形态,在光催化、晶体管、传感器和太阳能电池中具有许多潜在应用。
ZnO纳米粒子的光学性质在光电、催化和光化学性质中起重要作用。
浆料由有机载体、功能相和玻璃相组成。
2. 实验内容和要求
1.充分调研文献,设计实验方案并做可行性分析; 2.合成ZnO浆料,根据实验方案开展实验工作,做好实验记录和样品结构表征3.了解基本的光学测量仪器及工作原理,了解固体光谱学和半导体物理,对样品进行光学、电学测量与分析;4.掌握常用的数据分析工具,对数据处理与分析;5.撰写标准的毕业论文。
