课题研究的内容、目的及意义: 课题为实践课题,要求学生通过视觉引导机械臂完成物体的抓取控制。
机器视觉系统是通过图像处理软件对图像采集装置采集到的目标数字图像信息进行运算处理,并返回处理结果,现场设备根据图像处理后的结果完成指定的相应的功能,具有高精度、高速度、无接触等优势的机器视觉系统在定位引导、识别、测量、外观检测等工业领域得到广泛的应用。
本课题要求学生以视觉引导为研究对象,在传统机械臂引入视觉引导技术,使其达到闭环系统,从而提高机械臂的智能化,促进实际生产线的智能化、柔性化。
