方案拟定需清晰阐明欧洲冬青扦插方案，以期找出欧洲冬青最佳的扦插方案；
实验数据采集与处理，在扦插过程中定期采样并拍照观察，记录愈伤组织出现期、不定根出现期、愈伤组织形成率、插穗存活率、生根率、生根数量、最长不定根长、平均不定根长；
