At present, Xi Jinping, president of China, who often travels to other countries for political visits and makes speeches to show China's position, is a master in using allusions. It’s quite normal for him to use allusions in his speeches. And this paper aims to study the allusions in President Xi Jinping’s speech in Seattle made in September 24th, 2015.
