In the process of Englishlearning, “listening” is the basic content, which is the most direct inputmeans and occupies an important position. Listening comprehension plays animportant role in English learning, which is related to the normal developmentof English communication. However, in the process of English learning, studentsoften suffer from the problems of listening comprehension, so it isparticularly important to deepen the study of English listening comprehension,which is of great significance to improve students'' listening comprehension. Thisrequires teachers to pay more attention to listening comprehension training andtake effective measures to eliminate obstacles in listening comprehension. Toenable students to master certain listening skills and improve their listeningcomprehension.

2. 实验内容和要求

Listeningcomprehension is a basic and important skill in language learning. It has alsobeen reached higher and higher in English teaching, and has attracted more andmore attention of linguists and educators. During the process of learning, manyfactors have an impact on Listening Comprehension. So, we should take measuresin daily teaching.

Thereare many factors that affect English listening comprehension, such as differentlistening materials, communicator characteristics, task characteristics,learner characteristics and process characteristics. These factors areimportant factors that affect listening comprehension. Learner characteristicsinclude learners'' language ability, memory, emotional factors and theirbackground knowledge, which are important factors that affect listeningcomprehension. This paper discusses the impact of these factors on the learners''listening comprehension and puts forward the feasible strategies.
